Bob Hayes Posted November 5, 2005 Share Posted November 5, 2005 I am back to being the DIT and DP this week which makes me more in touch with Varicam issues. My ?A? Camera refuses to send viewfinder information to the on board monitor and the Tech Monitors even though it is set up exactly like the B-Camera. I set Character ?On? on the side of the camera and the ECU menu "on" in the VF section of the camera. The camera is on AC power and three monitors are receiving video signal from it. I do receive Menu information from it. Although sometimes power issues seem to cause the menu info to drop out from the signal occasionally.
