vikeira
Camera is working fine. Digital capturing is fine and and playback in the camera is perfect. I cleaned the heads using a digital head cleaner. When I connect the RCA cables to the tv or the vcr from, the image goes crazy and unstable. I tried changing the cables, the vcr an the tv, but the images still look bad. Otherwise camera is shooting perfectly. What could be causing this? I've also been using the camera for viewing and logging my clips maybe too much since I don't have a mini dv player. This is not recommended right? Jason Hamilton
u could just firewire it into your computer then convert it to what ever format you wish (to save harddrive space) or shoot it to a dvd for viewing.
Guest LUKExBB
Check that the tv is the same format as your camera eg. PAL camera > PAL tv set or NTSC camera NTSC tv If PAL camera > NTSC tv you'll get a crasy picture like you are describing
