Looking for a Cooke Speed Panchros 25MM.

I am in the market for a Cooke Speed Panchros 25mm.  Would prefer a TLS one with a PL mount but I know those usually are sold only in kits.  Would prefer to buy locally here in Los Angeles but open to other places.
