Hi David, Thanks for the focus about this. Two days ago I worked on a Arri 235 and I noticed there is just a lock to shoot in normal (sound aperture) or in Super and nothing change with the gate. So I will continue to use full aperture gate.

I bought it. I am living in France and the seller was very gentleman concerning the shipping price. The look is quite ugly but this blimp is optically in excellent condition. So it is a very good item for non-steadicam sound shoots. Now there is another blimp on eBay (in better state) and also ARRI BLs at very low price. Martial
