good I think that the import think is to thank your crew , they make your job easy, every person whom work on a movie facilitates your job then it is necessary to thank it ( production assistent, the make-up artist, the boy of the sound,) every person will understand after when the presion will be presented and they are going to help you to manage it better. i think a DOP is like a general if you do everything for your team, thye will do the same for you.. see ya
