True, but we've taken it to the next level by using someone with no acting experience. It's like Bresson Style. You get a much more realistic vibe. A real empty style. I quite like that.

We've done a teaser trailer which is more top level. We don't feel doing a regular trailer will work so much. I'll post it next week. Hold TIGHT.

Well our USP is the "fat unattractive woman" we found off craigs list to be the main part with no previous acting experience. We wanted to go against the grain so completely. It's a massive gamble but we felt it would make the thing stand out. Rightly or wrongly.

If you are looking to make a commercial film then you need to think about marketing the film and genre and various other stuff. If you are making a more personal film then it might be best to forget all the fancy equipment and really keep all costs right down. Some people should stick to creating Vimeo camera/lens test movies. Some people should grow some balls and self finance a 35mm feature. And if it fails. Who cares, because I will be on my death bed saying, I DID IT. I made my own 35mm feature film and did it exactly how i wanted too. I didn't cry on internet forums that i wasn;t supported by the industry and no body cares about me. waaaaa waaaaaaaaa waaaaa
