  2. A company called MPC has developed a wheel formulation for camera dolly wheels that will not flat spot and have high rebound which allows easy movement from the start and gives a super smooth ride. These are not skate board wheels and will give any small track system excellent performance. Company MPC, Tel: 1-401-946-4400 ask for Tony Roderick and he will give you the details and availability of the wheels. DollyWheelMan (Ray Perry)
  3. We are a large inline and skateboard wheel maker the was told about the flat spotting problem. We have used our patented technology to produce a camera dolly wheel the will not flat spot (not even in cold and hot environments) The wheels are generally soft around a 62 Shore A and give a super smooth roll with no noise and very low rolling resistance so they roll very easy compared to other wheels. When needed we can add an outer coating to make the wheel harder. But we are finding that softer wheels are taking the lead in this application. These wheels are produced with a super high rebound material that solves the dolly wheel problems. If the wheels are slightly staggered the results are unbelievable. DollyWheelMan (Ray Perry)
  4. We had been told flat spotting, noise and rolling resistance were issues with the camera dollies, so we developed a formulation that resolves these issues. We hold several patterns in inline and skateboard wheels and were able to use this technology to develop the wheels. If you can give us the size and style of the wheels you use we can make some up for your application. Please contact Tony Roderick at 401-946-4400 for pricing. These wheels will not flat spot and have high rebound which helps reduce the rolling resistance and noise. Please note these aren't Skateboard wheels they are made for camera dollies. I will add some photos this weekend. Regards, DollyWheelMan (Ray Perry)
  5. I beleive I can help with this problem. My team and I have developed a wheel that does not flat spot and rolls extreamly smooth and quiet. The formulation can be made in a wide range of diameters and widths to fit any dolly system. Anyone wishing to learn more may e-mail me.
