My final output is 35mm release print, isn't composing for 2.35 within the 16x9 image and then cropping in post brings down the image quality when projected on the big screen since you're not using up the whole pixel area? I heard HD has low tolerance for over exposure and high contrast scenes, something to worry about in a tropical country. Neil

I'm shooting a feature film using the Sony Cine Alta HD cam for the first time. Is it possible to achieve the 2.40 aspect ratio using this camera or do I do it during post? Thanks! neil
