I'm getting all kinds of 12kw s/e HMI bulbs coming back from set burnt out. I know that the bulb is to go into the head with the internal bar down, but I'm looking for documentation so that I can show the electrics and save them some money. I'm pretty positive that this is what the problem is, I have measured the o/p voltage on the mag ballast, and if anything it is a bit low. thanks chris

We are tring to switch the input voltage of a mag ballast from 120v to 220v. Does anyone know how to do this on a quartzcolor compact. It is done by hard wiring on the inside. I believe that the Neutral line has to become hot by moving it to a different location. I've talked to a couple of people on this and neither of them knew. Thanks Chris
