Which Pin is Positive & Which is Negative on this Cameras Motor?

I would like to convert my Mitchell standard (GC) into a 2 perf Camera IF I can do that Cheaply I also Hope to make a Motor that is NOT so huge I can run on 12 or 24 volts and still get 128 FPS as I shoot Mostly Back contry in Snow traveling by Snowmobile any suggestions

I Have a Russian High Speed Camera I have Never been able to Actually use i bought it Online and While the Camera Apears to be in GOOD condition I suspect the Power Supply Control box May not be working It is of course possible the motor doesnt work But I dont think this is the Problem Regardless I would Like very much to get this Camera Going Shortly as I shoot mostly Snowmobile & Ski Films and We have Record Snowfalls here Now anyone familiar with these Cameras?
