  4. Thank you for your opinion! ..Not really interested in dealing with such a rude person to be honest.. so all good for me! Camera is still available for anyone interested. Its a great kit and really not as beat up as the previous poster claims. I have pictures.. and an evaluation from back around 2010. Yes, i did RECENTLY move to a tropical climate but the camera has been well cared for and stored. ..Willing to haggle a bit of course.
  5. Thanks but no thanks! ..Willing to haggle a bit - but i'm no gonna give it to you either! Yes film kind of died since but around 2010-2012 this kit was evaluated at over 13k! Have the valuation.
  6. I'm down here!.. too late? ...definitely not the best place to be work wise; will give you that, but things are picking up..
  7. Heya' Sam, I have my XTR kit available for $4K (..the "too much can go wrong" one in Peru) Moved here from Belgium (Europe) not that long ago. It's a good kit. Just not seeing much use. I'm open to a bit of haggling, especially if I am going to be shipping it out - I know i'm not in the closest/easiest spot, but still.. they have fedex, dHl, and such..
  8. Camera Package is currently in Lima, Peru (South America) but can be shipped/fedex-ed worldwide (@ cost of buyer), ...I can also relatively easily organise to get the package to Europe (Belgium/France) or the USA (Florida).

  10. Hi all, I know that a very recent post asks the same question,.. but I have different & more specific requirements: I have recently been hired in as a consultant to the biggest (not very big) rental in a country with barely any.. to help them streamline their activities, professionalize their technicians and grow. The site is small and the inventory not very big. Though they do have more than decent equipment and plan to invest in more, most of their "technicians" have very limited knowledge and know-how. They still do everything by hand and don't use barcoding, ..but the growing industry and increase in rentals is slowly starting to catch up with them. I am looking to digitalise their inventory and implement using barcodes, and as such am looking for software in which I can load my inventory and track the ins and outs of items through barcode scanning. Ideally, i would prefer a NON-Cloud system (most available today seem online); internet connection is not always a given here. .. do any of you know of any options? ideally systems that come bundled with a barcode printer + scanner(s) + software? ..maybe even one that comes with its own computer? (plug&play) or do any of you have recommendations for these different things? Basically I need something simple, straightforward and not too complicated for a small camera/lights/grip rental company. Any advice welcome! PLEASE - No sales reps pitching product!
  11. Heya' Mayer, Just wrote you back on another post.. might be a long shot (gathering from your other post - you've found the camera) but I have a 2x magazine 3x battery Aaton XTR package.. PL Mount, along with quite a few accessories. Let me know if your still looking - like i said i'm not in the USA at the moment but I can ship, send with a friend, or eventually bring it on my next travels. let me know,
  12. Heya Mayer, I have a few magnetic XTR mags lying around I could part with. Am down in Peru though.. and assume you'll probably find a buyer closer to home.. If not - How many do you want? and how much are you willing to pay? If its not urgent - i'll be traveling to the USA closer to the end of year and could take them along with me.
  13. Heya' Grant, Might be interested in your MDR3 w/ the J-hill bracket and all the MDR3 power and R/S cables. How much are you looking for? What about the Microforce 3? Let me know.
  14. Hey again Alex, Thanks a lot for that. Am away on shoots these next few days. Sure to try this as soon as I get back. ..as I, kind of' alluded too above; I have also heard something about mounting the eyepiece to the light source "socket" and looking at the moon or something as such - know anything about that? Thanks again. Will post back with what happens.
  15. Hey Alex, Thanks for the reply. ..mount a collimator objective on the eyepiece? ..Do you mean to connect the eyepiece to the back (light source) of the R2 and mount the objective in its regular lens port? ..and then look into a mirror. (think i've either read or heard that before)
