  1. Marcel Syskind on filming with Panasonic Anamorphic Adapter: I can only recommend the anamorphic adapter. The anamorphic artifacts really come out when shooting with the iris wide open or at night with flares. You can't zoom all the way through with the anamorphic. If I need longer lens shots, I take of the anamorphic adapter and squeze the image in the camera. It's rarely that I do that. Michael likes to be close to the actors. All that said, it is a difficult lens to work with. Espescially in dessert conditions or in rain. On RTG I had to open the back of the lens and clean the inside of the lens with dustoff every night!
