  1. I wish i could post a picture but i'm not at work at the moment. Once i pull the background color green or the keying effect it make the arms of the person look fuzzy and it seems like the color from there shirt seems to be streched up into the air. You can reach me at r_m_handley@yahoo.com and i might be able to get a picture to you as soon as i get back to work. Ryan
  2. I'm using After Effects 6.5 under the keylight effect it lets me remove all the green from the subject. The only problem that I'm running into once i key out the color, on the person there shirt seems to look fuzzy or it makes it look like the color from the shirt is pulled up. I'm not really sure how to fix this besides playing around the feathering the edges. Does anyone else have this problem and do you know how to fix this problem? Thanks, Ryan
  3. Hello, After weeks of reading diffrent articles on the internet I'm stuck. I was orginaly going to use green but so many diffrent sites have said to use blue for various reasons. I have tested the green and I seem to get some spilling around the hair and shoulders. Although I have not yet tried blue I was wondering if anyone could give me there oppions on what you think is better to use? I don't want to loose any more time and money if I'm going to get the same or less quality results. I'm using a Panasonic mini DV DVX100A camera and doing the keying in After Effects. Thanks, Ryan
  4. Hello All, I have a few questions hopefully someone can answer for me. I'm going to attempt green screening here in a few weeks. We are in a small room so there is not alot of space to work with here I'm talking about a room the size of 15x15. We have painted a wall with several coats of green paint and have set up the lights. We are having problems getting the lighting even, we seems to have alot of light in the middle of the wall. We have tried moving the lights back and adding gels but we still get the same effect. This is a pain when it comes to keying the green out b/c around the edges all the green will not come out. We can get all the green out but the person on camera losses parts of their body. As of right now we have 2 650 watt lights lighting the green wall and 2 150 watt lights lighting the person. We have the person on camera standing about 6 feet from the wall. Is there anything that anyone can suggest to help me out. Thanks, Ryan
