I'm fresh out of the wedding business, moved to LA and I'm trying to get work outside of it, however when I had my wedding productions company I had a starting rate of $5500 for 5 hrs coverage full edit, 3 chapter search DVDs, 3 VHS and RAW footage. It was shot 2 Man 3-4 Camera (PD150, 2-VX2000s, & TRV900 hidden camera) The weddings would often end up over $7000 with extra hours, vignette edit, photo montage, sometimes Super 8 film footage.
I just got tired of feeling creatively limited :(
