Hi, I am new to the film world, I am a graphic designer and do websites and print work, although it pays the bills its getting old and static, I have been getting into film laitly and was wondering how I can use my design skills with film. I dont really want to make movies, I am just really interested in the titling and graphic design used in films. Does anyone happen to know If commercials and production houses farm this out to companies or just take it on themselves?
Is this job called a broadcast designer?
What are the right programs to learn.
