Looks like there might be a red light on his face. I'll play around with it more when i shoot. The other qeustion i had was when i'm shooting outside do i just use reflecters to use the sun to my advantige or should i use lights?

I still might get a k-3. I'll try and muffle the sound the best i can.

I'm a young film maker and i want to start building my portfolios with shorts. I was thinking about getting a 16mm film camera like the K-3 but it seems it's to hard to record sound with those noisey buggers. My budget is ubout $300 at most. I hate the look of Mini DV. What should i do!?

How is my lighting?

This all really helps. Is film very expensive and where can i buy it?

Ok first of all i'm new here so Hi all! Now on to my qeustion.

I'm seriously thinking about buying a 16mm camera. Most likley a K-3. I use DV right now but that is not giving me the look i want. I am a ameteur film maker. When using a K-3 is it too noisie to record the actors dialouge? Can you only record silent movies with a k-3? Do i have to have my actors come in and dub the film later in post?

This is what will sway me on wich way to go. Is there a 16mm camera simmaler to the K-3 that isn't noisey and will allow me to record sound?
