Hey everyone,
Ive read a bit what people have been saying about the LFS, but have not heard anything about the tuition. And Ive not heard anything about the results - the films themselves that are made there. Can anyone tell me?
Is the LFS really an over-expensive studio run by old uninterested men who have lost connection to the industry?
Or do you get lessons from active teachers who are motivated to develop you to a certain degree as an artist?
Does the school enroll clueless students who get equipment put into their hands, where you can see what they tried to make/plagerize, but for the rest....
Or does the school seek out talented students and support them in their efforts to create works of art that also have a chance at the film festival circuit?
Sorry to exaggerate but these are my hopes and fears. Anybody?
thanks so much!
