I have a gorgeous Beaulieu 4008 ZM II with Schneider Optivaron 6-66mm in great condition- overhauled by Bjorn Andersson of Sweden (for $500: The image prism was replaced, the mechanics were lubed and cleaned, the built-in daylight/UV filter was replaced, the film speed was adjusted, the electronics and exposure were recalibrated, the viewfinder eyecup was replaced and more.).
It comes with:
the metal sunshade and lens caps,
nicd battery pack with charger,
the original leather case with shoulder strap,
Pelican case,
a copy of the manual,
and processing-prepaid cartridges from PAC LAB, NY (an assortment of reversal, negative, color, and black and white- 6 of them I believe).
The total price is $1250.
I would prefer not to lose money on it since it is exactly in the condition that I got it (with extra stuff).
I got it 3 months ago from the guy who runs retrothing.com and have never used it since. I just bought a bunch of film cartridges, put them in the refrigerator, fitted the Schneider with a protective filter, bought a new Pelican case for it, put everything in there, and have left it alone since.
In such an excellent condition, it deserves a better home and an owner who will use it.
I would prefer to deal locally with cash or bank check.
