  1. I have 30 hours of footage for a documentary I am working on. The footage was shot with a Sony DCR-VX2000 on mini-DV. I am editing using a final cut pro system and I have the full production bundle for After Effects. What is the best process to: 1. Turn the video footage into 24fPS (or something that looks equivalent). 2. Shoot out the best quality footage to DVD. Also, I will possibly be shooting additional footage using a JVC-GRHD100. Do you think these 2 sets of footage will match at all as I haven't seen what the footage from this camera looks like? Thank you for your help. -K

  3. That video looks great, especially knowing it was shot on an xl2! What type of crew, if any, did you have and did you do anything to the look of the footage in post besides color correction.
  4. Thanks much for everyone's feedback. I want to learn to direct people more because I've been working with digital characters for so long!
  5. Hi All, Love the site by the way. I just completed my first in what I hope is a long line of music video projects. It's a hip hop video shot very inexpensively on an XL1. I REALLY wanted it to look different than everything else when you think of hip hop. Please critique. Thanks! http://www.the-junc-tion.com/brandnew/work_freedom.htm
