I hadn't really given the Micro as much consideration as I should have. Running on AAs is a big plus, as well as the weight and cost. Thanks for the recommendation.

I'm looking into getting some Litepanels Minis for on camera lights in handheld documentary work. I've used the 5600K flood versions before, and really like the little buggers. I just wanted to see if anyone has any experience with the spot versions vs the floods. How does sliding some diffusion into the spots compare? Or if anybody has a completely different on camera light they love for follow the subject around / low impact documentary work, please share.
