Edmund Olszewski

I am from Arkansas originally and that is where I began my experience in this industry. I bought a video camera from a thrift store for 2 dollars and began recording everything, because I wanted to be able to show my loved ones someday what my life was like.

In life I was unsure of what I wanted to do for a living then one day my brother asked me if I would be interested in a temporary school work program that had an offer to do work with a NYC based production company that was doing a 2 day production in town.

I said yes and I had a nice 2 days working on the production.

I moved to NYC with my family and I have been working off and on as a Camera PA at the same place for the past few years and it has been nice however I am interested in Feature work.

Recently I have been thinking I should create more of my own videos to enter into festivals.

I wish I had more friends not only in the Feature film area but just friends in general.

Meanwhile I would like to be a part of a skillful crew that I can learn from.
