  1. Thank you Evan. Yeah, some mosqitos did get their fill out of me but it was worth it. Amazing little insects. After observing their flight patterns and agilities and actually mating in mid-air...in slow motion -- it just blows me away how these creatures can master those flights in such a short time with the very few days that they have to live. Anyways, thanks for watching. Moua
  2. I thought I tried using the HPX500's capabilities to capture natural subjects with abstract looks. Check it out and leave me a critique or two. Thanks for watching. http://www.vimeo.com/1154969
  3. Thanks. Nature provides some of the best lighting...and it's FREE... Knowing how and where tho place the camera, one can capture some fairly interesting and creative shots.
  4. Hey David. Thanks for your comments. Regarding depth of field, it has more to do with the lens and how you adjust it to achieve the look. F-stops do come in to play as well. I could go more into details but the guys at the following link did a better job. Check it out. http://www.snodart.com/tutorials.php Have fun shooting.
  5. Thanks Joshua. It was all natural lighting of the sun falling through the forest onto the ground. Did some color grading and put a bit more contrast to the images to add more depth. That's it.
  6. A short I shot in the woods of Minnesota to test some DOF capabilities of the standard Fujinon HD lens on the HPX500. Thanks for watching and do leave me a thought or two. http://www.vimeo.com/1067020
