I have been tasked with finding a 40 ft Jib. I'm looking at the Stanton triangle. 

My questions are as follows:

Would you buy new or used?

If there was a used triangle, would you buy it and just add the length (Upgrade package)?

What has changed on the Jimmy Jib over the years besides just the HD lines?

Any other advise would also be greatly appreciated and welcomed.

I know Preston swapped those knobs for plain, no-dial knobs long ago. The pot on my microforce still work so it's not a big deal.

Hi all,

Do any of you have experience with the older Microforce v+f? Mine has the old style knobpot from bourns with the "clockface readout". The arms on the dial stopped working. Have you ever been able to fix one of these yourself?

There has been a huge interest since posting this package deal. Most of the questions are; does everything work and why are you selling all of this for so cheap? Yes, everything works as described. Hi guys,

I wasn’t sure where to post this but if it needs to be moved let me know. I’m fairly busy the next couple months and probably won’t use my Preston. I’m not looking to sell the Preston but I feel like it could probably be put to better use then just stored for the next couple of months.

Deferred pay. How dose it work? I’m shooting a spec commercial for a friend who is well connected. I’m giving him the super low friend rate along with the "deferred pay" if he sells it.
