  1. Warner Bros. Motion Picture Imaging have been involved with a large number of recent restoration projects, including Blade Runner, The Godfather Trilogy, How The West Was Won, The Red Shoes, A Star Is Born, Doctor Zhivago, to name but a few. Audiowise I don't know, but I imagine they'd do the same as for picture. They probably have a lot of stuff on the go, so they may not have gotten around to your favourite film yet. I'll be happy with seeing Barry Lyndon on Blu-ray at last. Disclaimer: I don't work for WB MPI, but I do work for one of their suppliers.
  2. I saw it on Saturday at the London IMAX, and to be honest I couldn't tell which scenes were shot in 65mm either. The American Cinematographer article says:- Hmmmm.
  3. The standard 2K 3-perf res (if there is such a thing) is 2048x1156, but as Phil says it depends how much your scanner crops it. I've seen 3-perf come off a Spirit as 2048x1165.
  4. Some more info here:- http://iloubnan.info/ArtsandCulture/reportage/id/779
  5. Hi, Off the top of my head, there's Stanley Productions on Wardour Street, and PEC on Dean Street. I'm sure there are others that I haven't discovered yet. Andrew
