I want to flatten all the video layers to one video layer and then edited that one layer. I understand you have to render all the layers to a single file. What would be the best export settings for something like that?

Hi Everyone... I was wondering if somebody could explain this more clearly. I use Vegas 7 and just starting to learn FCP 6. When you import from the DVX is the pulldown already removed so that it's just 24p when it's in the computer? or do you have to do that again in post? Also if you bring in a 60i clip onto Vegas 24p timeline, does vegas automatically convert it to 24p? Sorry one more, when you render it out the footage and burn it to a DVD, does that put it back to 29fps
