THE GREATEST STORY EVER TOLD is running on TCM right now. There was a section that really looked like something David Lean would have directed. My wife pressed the info button on the remote control. It said it was directed by George Stevens. But I gooogled it and found out David Lean directed some sections of the film because they had fallen so far behind and were so far over budget. My wife couldn't believe I could pick out David Lean's style in the middle of a 200 minute movie.

I just found this one recently. Digital Cinematography & Directing I paged through it at Barnes & Noble. It seems to focus on the cinematography aspects of 3D animation rather then the programs themselves. It wasn't what I was looking for but it might be a good choice for you.
