  1. I'm thinking I'll need at least a TB for storage. I like Daniel's ideas about buying an external hard drive and sticking them on a hub. That will probably be the cheapest method. I'll definitely look into the LTO4 and see if that can be an option for another project. Thanks for the help. Donald
  2. I'm curious to find out what's the best way to archive my footage. I have my original tapes as well the imported footage, but am thinking of moving the files to another hard drive. Would it be easier to print back to tape and store that way? Any thoughts and/or help is appreciated.
  3. Adrian, I was leaning towards the HVX, but like you mentioned, I was concerned about the record time. I didn't even think about the EX-1 which would be great if I could add a little more to our budget. If I'm able to increase the budget than that will be what I go with, if not then I guess the HVX and shoot 720p. Thanks for the help, I appreciate it. Donald
  4. Hello, I'm in need of help of putting together a nice camera package for an ongoing shoot for CET (Cincinnati's PBS Station). The piece basically is a series of interviews of people in the Cincinnati region who have had an impact on the community and the budget I'm working with is around $6500. Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks. Donald
