  2. Hi there everyone, please check out my work on Gorilla-TV. It is a competition where you make a 4-min TV Pilot. If it makes the top 5 you make Episode 2 of your show. Please go to the links below to see the 2 Episodes that I was the Cinematographer for. I would like to know what everyone thinks of how I did. Episode 1 - http://www.gorilla-tv.com/node/252 Episode 2 - http://www.gorilla-tv.com/node/289 Thanks everyone! I look forward to what our friendly community here thinks of my work.

  8. Hi guys, I am using a jib arm, stedicam, shooting on a sony z1p. Before I forget I am using a platform dolly as well. I am looking at getting a 4K and a couple of HMI. I am going to get a 3k generator and run power off mains as well. Shooting on the 15th days are counting down. I have to get these lights as high as possible to imitate moon light. Any suggestions for that as well?
  9. Hey there, I have a short film comming up and I have 3 characters. LAURA FRED JASON Laura is getting stalked. We are trying to make the audience think that its Fred stalking her but it is actually Jason. And what I was thinking was to frame Laura on the left throughout the film and put Fred on the left as well with Jason on the right. Attempting to put the heroes on the left and villians on the right. Is this a good idea? Also manipulate the lighting as well and focus on Jason and put less light on him through the film untill the reveal. Can anyone tell me if I am going the right way or not? and/or give me extra ideas how to character develop them better? Cheers
  10. Hi there, I am shooting a Short Film in an Orchard in a few weeks. It is a Horror suspense film and A chase sequence takes place in the film through the Orchard. I was thinking to use a 2K and round out the trees and break them up a little for deffinition. I also have two 800w lights and I may get a couple more in as well if need be. How does anyone suggest to light the Orchard? Especially through a chase sequence. I was also thinking about just doing a master lighting set up and just change it when need be. I know it sounds like a lot of rambling. I hope someone can help! Cheers!
