i was shoot at night.back ground exposer 1.4,face light i gave to 2.8,put on lens 2,isaw the rush too bright how to doll, i will go to DI,can correct in DI

I will go to shoot in bowlig location, that location filled in flourocent tube lights,but i want ice blue color,final color grade with DI.wich is use the best kodak negitive 500T,or 250D please tell me :

i will go to shoot on next month.only in nights on road out of city. i have no any diffusionpapers.i have no toomuch of lights. i am shoot with s16mm.&blow up to 35mm go to DI. but i want soft light,i want depth of field,what am i doing?
