  1. I recently purchased a Carl Zeiss 10-100mm T3 zoom lens from ebay a couple days ago, and the lens has fungus on the edge of one of the internal elements. Is there a way I can clean it off myself? Should I take it to a place that specially deals with lens repair? Or is the cost to do it not justifiable, as in I just shouldn't zoom in all the way? Thank you for any help you can give me.
  2. Nevermind, I found one a few minutes after I posted this. Oh well. Sorry.
  3. I recently got a Minolta Autometer III off of ebay, and I need the manual. Does anyone know where I can download one for free off of the internet?
  4. Canon Zoom Lense I do not own an Eclair NPR yet, but I'm definitely thinking of buying one. Would this be a good lense to use on the NPR? Would it be too heavy for the C-Mount? Would it give me sharper images than the Angenieux zoom lenses? Any help would be appreciated!
  5. I have a question too! I figured I could just piggy-back off of this thread instead of starting a new one. Anyways, I was wondering if you could take something like the 16:9 conversion lense for the Panasonic DVX-100A and, if there were a way to attatch it to a 16mm camera, would the quality be any good? Or would it just be better to go with S16? For the sake of the argument, lets just say the output would be really high quality video.
  6. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...3875345861&rd=1 Can anyone give me any info on this camera? Anyone use this camera before and can give me an honest opinion of it? I looked all over the internet and gave the search option a try in this forum, but I wasn't able to find anything. Any help would be appreciated.
  7. Hello, My name is Jordan and I'm a yound aspiring movie maker. I'm currently in highschool and I've used video pretty much all my life, however I'm planning to make a feature on film (I know; first time with film, and I decided to make a feature. I'm nuts). I've slowly been learning over the years how film works, but there's still one more question I have: After you go through the developing and processing and do the telecine transfer, do you get your negative footage back? This probably has a really simple answer, but I wanted to make sure that I have a clear understanding of everything. Thank you.
