Hello fred, I am a big fan of your clips on Vimeo, and I would like to start using the avisynth software for editing. I shoot reg-8 and am planning to do a Rank transfer, uncompressed to a hard drive. This will be the first time I have done this. I realize it will be AVI, but I am not sure what codec to apply; I'm assuming MPEG4? Maybe you can tell I'm new at the computer end of things, but I do want to learn. Any advice you can offer will be appreciated. Brad M.

I'm luvin it. Excellent skin tones and lattitude. Kodak has a winner with 200T. I have not shot negative film yet, just reversal; but when I do take that leap, I plan on trying Kodak's 50D and 100T, at least for shooting outdoors on a sunny day. Keep up the good work; That camera of yours will not be happy unless it has film running through it. Best regards, Brad M.

I have a Schneider 1:8 4-48mm lens with a dog-leg reflex viewfinder. This is a D-mount lens that I use with a Bolex 8mm camera. Great optics, however I can't get the diopter adjuster to move, and I would like to set up the lens for my eyesight. Does anyone have any experience with this lens? Or, an owners manual? The person I bought it from, (ebay) insists that their is nothing wrong with it, but I insist otherwise. Thank you for any help you can offer. Brad Masson
