Hi, On an upcoming short film project we are looking to gain a similar look to that of 'Stand By Me' photographed by Thomas Del Ruth. I have looked into his work and the only information I can find is from modern works. Does anybody know the film stock or process that was used to get the look/style of this film and if so, if it is still available? Thanks, Michael Berwick

Hi, Does anybody know the film stock Bruce Surtees used for the filming of High Plains Drifter and Outlaw Josey Wales? I am looking for this particular look. It seems possible that reversal stock has been used, or even that the black tones have been brought out but i'm not sure. Thanks, Mike
