So I am shooting a commercial next week, and I am still wondering on how to create a transition that the director wants. The setting is a talking head interview ->transition->b-roll of subjekt doing other stuff. The subjekt is talking about her/his education and which way to go now. Then I would like to make a "chaotic transition" that should last for 4-5 secs. The subjekt has to be a part of the transition. I´ve been thinking on changing the light and adding some camera movement. Maybe a slow shutter could do something interesting. Shoot highspeed and speed ramp it in post.... Dolly track shot pulling out from the subjekt leaving her/him all alone in a big room. All alone and still have to make a though decision... Any good suggestions on what I could do? Any references on some cool stuff? It´s all going to be shot in studio. Hello. I´ve exported all my 4K footage from redcine-X to prores files that i´ve used in FCP. In FCP I exported a XML that I loaded in to Crimson. From Crimson I exported a Redcine XML. This is where my skills stops. I try to import->fcp xml in to redcine-X. But nothing happends. Crimson tells me to "self.project->load all" But I can´t find this option in redcine-x. I want to relink all the material, and grade it in color. How do I do this? Help much appriciated since the musicvideo has to be done in a few days!!! Paal.

Thank you so much for your answer. I spoke with the rental-house today.And they suspected the same. So it must have missed this mag during the software-upgrade! Paal.

Hi. I get an error-message when I load one of the mags on the ARRI LT cam we are using on a production. (35 mm) When I mount the mag, it says "SW" on the camera. I think it stands for Software. But what does it mean, and how can I solve this problem with the mag? The other mags are working fine. Pål R.
