what is cooke s4 focal length multiplier for super 16mm format?

Hi I'm Final year student I will shoot my final project on pmw ex3.I got access to The Cooke Kinetal 16mm Prime Lenses so I thought I could combine two elements to get nice set up unfortunately Cooke are factory made for Aaton universal mount and I'm looking for solution as making Converter for it can cost a lot.Can any one got experience or know place where I can buy such converter.All good advices welcome. Hi I'm student planing to shot on school equipment we got just arriflex sr2 super16mm. I talk to school technician and he told me that school lenses are poop and suggested to go digital or get some lenses from camera house.I want shot on film so look for any camera house around Edinburgh but Panavision and Hammerheads do not have any thing. Any one knows other camera house around Scotland area or maybe someone willing to rent lenses for money of-course.I'm looking for primes. Regards Edgar
