I am attempting to do a couple of lighting techniques for an upcoming hip hop music video.
I have subjects wearing white clothing under UV lighting. However, I realized that faces aren't lit very well under black lights. I want to be able to spot light their face and have the rest be lit with UV lighting.
Is there a certain light or just a way to morph light to get this effect?
Also, what kind of lights are best used for multiple colors shooting through smoke. The shot would be the talent slowly releasing smoke out of their mouth in slow motion. Hype Williams achieved a similar look in this music video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mWoUCDTfWqA
