Ok, thanks for that. I gathered that was the case but as I am grossly inexperienced I did not want to assume. I hope they are easily available and cheap enough to buy to make the lens a good deal. I was also curious as to why the lens at the mount end protrudes on the 18-100 vs the 25-250? Will this protrusion limit the type of camera this lens can attach to? Peter

Hi, I have been offered these lenses but they do not have mounts, any idea if PL mount adaptors are readily available for these Cooke Lenses? Thanks Peter
