I'm a photographer moving into video so my knowledge of filming techniques is minimal to none. I'm trying to find some examples of a technique similar to the link below but shot from the front:

Is it called phantom ride? I want the look to be as obviously fake as possible with things like trees popping up at the side then down again and mountains etc moving in the background. I'm sure there are loads of clips out there but no matter what I search for I have struggled to come up with some good examples. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
