Going to send it out tomorrow - you have convinced me. It seems to run okay after i crank it. Just cant change film speed which means I can't add a motor and since I just got it, I probably should have it checked out. Thank you for your help.

Okay, how do I remove the turret, I have a non-reflex which works fine that I can use for parts. The turret also seems a little tight when I move it maybe the two issues are connected?? So this camera may not be worth the trouble??

Got a REX 5 body cheap, knew it had this issue, the speed dial is stuck on 24 fps. Anybody have any ideas why it would get stuck and if this is an easy fix.
