Make Fake Beer?

It needs to be something that is not beer at all. "Non alcoholic" beer still has alcohol. I need something i can make from ingredients. -
Are there any great tutorials or tips on making a great mockumentary?

I need to use fake beer for a shoot. Can anyone tell me how this can be done. I needs to be non-alcoholic and must be foamy and poured like beer. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
