  1. So up until recently my experience has been in music performance, live recording and some studio recording. Recently the owner of my studio has decided to get into video production. Our first project is a reality show based on local music. I have been put in charge of finding out what equipment we need to get started and right now I'm working on our wireless mic setup. We are looking to mic 10 people at a time using a wireless lavalier mic setup. I've done some research using what I know about wireless stage mics but I know sound for video is a bit of a different animal. Any advice I can get is greatly appreciated. I haven't been given a budget to stay under but know how he is about his investments. I want to present at least 2 options, the less expensive VHF set-up and the more expensive but higher quality UHF set-up (true diversity?) Can someone PLEASE point me in the right direction?
  2. Might be in over my head...
