  1. For the Canon 814 electronic it's 14 steps and about 20 screws. it even has instructions for it in the link you sent me.
  2. Dissembling this Canon 814 is really difficult and requires removing half the buttons and most of the outer body, just to take the handle off. It's possible but it would ruin my chance at returning the camera.
  3. I recently purchased this Cameron on ebay (Yeah I know...). So far I can't get anything out of it. When I check the battery the battery meter is in the white, with and without batteries. I can't get it to move. I know corroded battery terminals is a common problem so I tried lightly sanding them with some fine sandpaper, still nothing. I wrapped the ended of the batteries in tinfoil and still got nothing. Any suggestions would be really appreciated. The seller claimed "EVERYTHING WORKS" and included a 7 day guarantee, I'll use this if I have to but I'd really just like my camera to work and not go through the hassle.
