is it true that to get good result do lighting according to stock and film speed eg. 200T,50D, 500T, 250D etc.

I want to use 50D through out the film most of the story is exterior but in interior which are day , can i get the same result if i managed to do that kind of EVEN lighting through out the corners

help me out
