Stanly Kubrick

Hello, I was wondering if anybody had any recommendations for a 16mm camera that is quiet enough for sound recording, preferably under £1200. I have a Bolex H-16, but is rather loud and not much use for dialogue. Iv heard about people building blimps for them, but they seem rather cumbersome, making the camera controls a pain to access. Thanks
