Hi, I'm selling my PL Canon C500 kit. It in perfect condition. I been the only owner and user of the kit. There only 484 hours used on the camera. I'm asking 19000$ US + shipping. Almost the price of a new C300 if you count all the accessory. It a great kit that is made of all the best components on the market: Arri, Red etc… It been customize to be efficient and easy to use in the field. With easy to balance shouder system, battery, chargers, cards etc.. It is complete from the tripod up. The only thing missing is an external recorder. Wish is better in my opinion. You can choose the one that is best for you. There is now a lot of good, small and cheap external recorders available on the market. Like the Odyssey Q7 or Atomos Shogun that will give you all the flavours that this camera can offer: 4k, ProRes,120 fps etc. Really amazing low light camera. Great images quality. Hi, the way I see it, ProRes is a lovely codex. One that all my clients are happy with. Simple and efficient. Arri is a great company that understand clients and the market needs. I'm putting a order on the Amira since it will do UHD 4k. Sexy name that all clients find more and more attractive... Just a little scoop. Somebody at Arri, told me that the Amira will be able to have the new XQ ProRes in a year. Amazing 500 mgb codec that will satisfied everyone of my clients. Even the most demanding ones. Not Raw but amazingly beautiful high end image quality that easy to deal with in post. The way I see it, even with his price tag, the Amira might become my best investment in years. It seem that Arri have big plans for this camera and are working hard to keep it up to date for years to come. Can't wait to work with it!

Hi, I been ask to shoot a commercial in studio with a red epic at 300fps. Any important infos or suggestions would be very appreciated. I need a to preserve a very soft light. Also, any suggestion for a great pl macro lens that won't cost a fortune to rent? Thank you

Hi, just want to jump in and tell my wonderful experience buying the Amira. Because I was VERY serious about getting it. Even first, when I saw the price they choose to sell them. Witch I think is way too high after you do the math. Example, here in Montreal, Canada, after the cut of AbelCine and the rate exchange, the premium package end up at 70000$ + txs. And that is no joke and very real!! Even more disturbing is the fact that there in NO Amira supplier in Canada. Sorry but what the F@&k! By the way, my supplier who help them make a name here for them self back in the days just learn today that they could not sell Amira for Arri. They order them 4 months ago and Arri just nicely told them today that they could not sell the camera... Not a very respectful way to do business. Don't you think? I'm a company owner and operator. I would a love to own this camera and I was prepare to spend a lot. But honestly, looking at that crazy final price and seeing how Arri is dealing with "the little people". I will sadly pass and wait a for the next great camera. Cheers
