Fluid head with tilt with hard stop

No reply? I guess I will continue to use my o'connor head which has no hard stop and pray I can stop the tilt motion suddenly at the exact point I want it to stop. Thanks for any comments in advance. -
I want to use a tripod which can hold a fries mitchell r3 to tilt up from looking down 45 degrees to a level position quickly with a hard stop. Which fluid head do you recommend?
