I'm in the exact same boat - I had a great deal at Alpha Cine for a 35mm B&W feature and then they closed their doors. I looked into Colorlab but it was way too expensive for our little group - nearly double what Alpha Cine was going to charge me. I'm talking to FotoKem and I'm going to talk to Cinelab, too. Cinelab seems the most indie-friendly, but I don't know anyone who has used them until now...
