  1. Hi guys, girls, I'm a NEWB here, and really looking forward to the learning experience I can gather from this forum. I'm hoping some of you can help me solve the problem I'm having right now with... the inside of a box. Yes. There's this scene I'm shooting where the main character stares inside a box (small wooden box). We cut to her POV and the inside of the box is revealed, but not really, because it needs to be shredded in darkness. I've tried to achieve this effect with poor results. We need to see the box/the frame, but not the inside. The main problem I'm facing right now is the box isn't very deep, so it's very hard to light only the exterior edges and not the interior. ANY suggestions? The help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Bill.
