Hello. I joined to ask about something I'm simply quite curious about.
I hope it's ok for a civi not in the industry to come here for a question.
In 'Dante's Peak about half way through there is a series close ups between Pierce Brosnan and Linda Hamilton having a quiet conversation. There are about four cuts back and forth between them. In each of Mr Brosnan, the camera constantly shifts back and forth a few degrees, and when it goes to Ms Hamilton it is still (no camera movement.
I guess this could be some artifact. I was watching this on TV, but noticed it now two times I believe, which finally picqued my curiosity to ask.
But if it is not, and I presume nothing like this would be anything but intentional, what would be the reason or desired effect for doing this?
