  1. Hello everyone, I am a film student with a passion for Cinematography and I came to this forum to learn and better expand my knowledge so I can get better and better and be the best that I can be for this amazing industry. I have completed Year 1 which involved me taking Cinematography, Data Management, Image Enhancement, Directing, Screenwriting, Producing, Animation, Sound Design and Visual Effects. What I have been invited back for is Cinematography (along with Data & Image) and I am sure as hell going to take it as it is an honour to be accepted into it in my film school because it is so competitive in my school. Not only that, but Cine is my passion and I want to follow it. This is where I come to ask the questions though. How do I stay on top of my game? What can I do to constantly improve my skills. What can I do to really wow my film school and yet still learn from every experience. I want to be the best. I am going to fight to be the best. Also, for next year I will be doing Gaffer, Spark and camera operation and needs items for a belt(as well as a belt). What is the absolute best thing as a student to have on that belt(this being with the intent that I will go on to be a cine later in life as well so may as well start building now.) Also, The camera I will be working with next year is a Nikon D800(as far as I know). Please, any tips and tricks anyone knows, don't be afraid to tell me. If you must by messenger then please go ahead! I love meeting new people and making new contacts around the world. :) I thank everyone here for this opportunity as well as for everyone's time and patience. Kind Regards, Chelsea North
