  1. LOL This is what i wrote back: I don't care if you are JC Penny archiving Smithsonian Ledbelly recordings. The mount will be checked out. And the only restocking charge will be you paying the shipping. Have a Great Christmas. [note; this lens is an f3.5 not a 3.2]
  2. HAH!!! So I bought this lens via Ebay. He had it listed as: "Angenieux 25-250 Zoom Lens w/ Arri Bayonet Mount" I messaged him and told him that the mount appears NOT to be an Arri Bayo. But rather the mount appears to be an Eclair CA-1. So I said I could drive to the Angenieux HQ in the USA in NJ from my house some time in the next 2 weeks and have this completely affirmed. He said he is JP Perches from 20th Century Fox. And that the lens is "an arri standard mount with a bayonet groove". And that I know nothing. He could be John Shmo from South Central i suppose right? What do you think?
  3. That's absurd! I'd love to get some LOMOs for m4/3. Except i don't own any. Right now my issue is i have two Angenieux lenses that won't adapt correctly. 12-240 that is in Arri Bayo and the adaptor i got from Hawk's Factor doesn't quite work, just is not working at all on any level. I have a 25-250 with an Eclair CA-1 mount that will be hard to adapt to m4/3 given the flange of it. I need to talk to my lens guy. Anyway they are limiting your Ebay'ing because you don't have enough transactions?
  4. Can you make an Ebay page for it? Seems like a reasonable, protected thing to do. I may be interested: i have a threaded adapter for the 40.5mm from another Anamorph i have which is in 2x. But would be nice to have a 1.5.
  5. That looks like it!!! ..... Thank you very much! The only issue is i want to adapt this to a m4/3 mount. There seems to be an adapter available. But...what concerns me is that long cylindrical flange that is before the rear element and actual mount wings. I think perhaps this may cause an issue when adapting and i may have to take a hacksaw to it. Because when I look at lenses with the Eclair CA-1, none of them seem to have this flange. As I think you probably know this is not in the size-range of an Angie 12-120; this thing is a true 'zeppelin'!!!!! Perhaps 3-6x the size of the 10x12 Angie. So the flange piece is actually much larger than it seems in the photos. Do you have any suggestions about my concerns or as to how or if this is adaptable in its present state to a m4/3 mount? Thank you very much.
  6. It has 2 wings one with a notch in it.
  7. This is a 35mm format lens: Angenieux 25-250 f3.2 ....I am more of a 16mm guy working with c-mounts and some PL mounts. But i know for a fact this is neither those nor the Arri Bayo on a 16mm. [Note: this is a very large lens]
